Legal Research Assistant (m/f/d)

We are a modern law and notary firm specialising in corporate and real estate law. To further expand our corporate law practice, we are looking for a legal research assistant.
The role offers direct insight into demanding client matters, business structures and notarial practice, working closely with the firm’s lawyers and notaries.
Your tasks
- Working on corporate law matters and transactions
- Supporting company formations, restructurings and investment transactions
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and drafts
- Legal research and preparing complex questions
- Preparing notarial matters
- Supporting client work and communication
What you bring
- An above-average result in the First State Examination in law
- Interest in corporate law and business topics
- A precise and structured way of working
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and analytical thinking
An advantage, but not a requirement:
- A focus on corporate, commercial or business law
- Initial practical experience in a law firm or notary’s office
