Attorney / Fully Qualified Lawyer for Notarial Support (m/f/d)
Corporate Law & Real Estate Law | Remote
For our modern law and notary firm specialising in corporate and real estate law, we are looking for an admitted lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) to support us with notarial drafts and legal preparation.
The role is fully remote and mainly involves legal support on corporate and real estate law matters.
Your tasks
- Preparing and revising notarial drafts
- Preparing corporate law deeds and commercial register filings
- Handling company formations, restructurings and capital measures
- Supporting real estate purchase agreements and property-related matters
- Reviewing corporate and real estate law documents
What you bring
- Second State Examination in law
- Interest or experience in corporate law and/or real estate law
- A structured and precise way of working
- Confident use of legal wording
- Working independently in a remote setting
- High reliability and quick comprehension
An advantage:
- Experience in a notary’s office
- Experience with notarial drafts and post-notarisation completion work
