What does notarising the release approval cost?

What is a release approval?
The release approval is the bank’s written declaration consenting to the release of the land charge in the land register. It is issued as soon as the loan secured by the land charge has been repaid in full.
Without this approval, the land charge cannot be removed from the land register. The notary certifies the owner’s signature on the release application and forwards all documents to the land registry.
Release approval: yes or no?
A release is not always strictly necessary. If the land charge remains in the land register, it becomes an owner’s land charge, which can be reactivated for future financing needs without incurring creation costs again.
